The overall size of the steamer is 12.5" W x 9.75" H (outer dimensions). The top tier has inner dimensions of 11.75" W x 2.50" H, the mid-tier has inner dimensions of 11.75" W x 2.50" H, and the bottom tier has inner dimensions of 11.75" W x 4.75" H. The hole size is 1/4" in diameter.

This steamer is perfect for simultaneously steaming seafood, vegetables, and various types of Asian cuisine, as well as for re-steaming tamales. Its larger size compared to traditional stockpot steamers makes it suitable for bigger families, larger seafood, or bigger plates.

The steamer is dual-purposed, functioning as both an 8 QT stock pot with a glass lid and a two-tier steamer with one glass lid and one 8 QT base pot. The encapsulated stainless steel base ensures even heating, and the vented tempered glass lid allows for easy monitoring of the cooking process. The entire steamer is made of fully polished stainless steel and is dishwasher safe.

The steamer pot includes two interchangeable steamer trays/baskets, one with smaller holes for rice, momos, and other fine items, and one with regular holes for buns, vegetables, and fish. This steamer can be used as a 3-level, 2-level, or single-level stock pot.
